Shipping + Returns

Sign up to our newsletter to receive free shipping on your first order. Please bear in mind that only your initial purchase is eligible for this promotion; future orders may be subject to standard shipping fees.

Our team is committed to processing your order quickly and efficiently. As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information. Although shipping times may vary depending on your location, we work with reputable carriers to ensure the safe delivery of your items.

In order for your order to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The items were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The items are in the original condition unless damaged during shipping

We have the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above conditions. Responsibility for return shipping costs falls on the customer, with the exception of items that arrive defective or damaged at delivery.

Carefully inspect your package before disposing the box. If your items arrive damaged, please take photographs of both the item itself and the packaging.

Pre-order items may take up to four weeks to ship. We will send you an email with an estimated delivery date as soon as it is available. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the item ships.
